Hi guys, I just stumbled on this site and wow, you are good. "Bono" looks like Bono which is a bonus, but you also have an uncanily similar sound mate. You can really emulate the great man. The rest of you, if you're not piping Adam, Edge, and Larry's sound then you can play some good music. I'd love to see you in Glasgow. If you see my post drop me an email and let me know when you're here. I'd love to see you, and even meet you to say thanks. Can I get your stuff on CD or download?

  FANTASTIC!!
I was at the Caernarfon gig on Dec 29 @ Cofi Roc. My first time there and first time seeing the band.
VERY impressed with the quality and accuracy of the songs. It looked as though the guys enjoyed what they were doing as much as the audience enjoyed the performance. I liked the variety of songs as well, early stuff being my fave.
Unfortunately as so often happens when you are enjoying yourself, time went by far too quickly - would have enjoyed watching them for hours!

Look forward to seeing them again!!!!!

I visited Mr Kyps for the first time last Friday to see the U2 tribute band Us4, U2 being my favourite band, having followed them since I was 18. Unfortunately, never having gone to a real live U2 gig.

So I didn't know what to expect from this band posing as U2. Were they going to be disappointing and not live up to the great musicians that U2 are. They started off with a bang and although most of the band members didn't look like the real U2 except perhaps the frontman, I was impressed. You could close your eyes and imagine you were at a U2 concert. Brilliant sound, everybody loved it and the frontman got the crowd going and singing with him. They played all the best of U2 and recreated each song faithfully. I would have liked more stuff from the early days such as Party Girl and my favourit Bullet the Blue Sky. But that didn't matter, you could see that they too loved all the songs.

The atmosphere was amazing, by the end of the night they had the crowd shouting for more, nobody wanted it to end. Having seen other U2 tribute bands I felt this one was probably the best. Although, the lead singer didn't do what Bono always does at their gigs and get a girl up on the stage to dance with, pity, I was hoping it would be me. I really loved it at Mr Kyps, what a unique place, I felt really comfortable and at home there and am definitely going again.

US4U2, well, I've seen these guys 5 times now, 6 if you include Poole Fest. The first time I saw them I was quite impressed. I'd never seen a trib band before and I liked the fact that 'Bono' had quite obviously studied Bono and had his moves, his springing steps and his gestures well rehearsed. And now, 5 times later, I have to admit that this was by far their best gig to date. They were absolutely spot on. Desire, Streets, Angel, they had us all eating out of their hands, bouncing up and down and singing back to them. It seemed that the whole place became one big collective. The atmosphere was electric.

I must say at this point that I've seen U2 in the flesh and they put on an awesome show. To be a part of 48000 people all singing One is something that I'll never forget and probably will never experience again. However, this band brought all that 'oneness' back again, a smaller venue maybe, a smaller audience, definately, but it was all just as good. I still felt like I belonged and I think that's what a good trib band should be capable of - bringing everyone together and that US4U2 surely did. Personally, I can't wait for their December gig. It'll be a good start to the Merry Season.

  Hi Guys

I attended your gig at Mr Kyps in Poole on Sat 23rd Dec and it was awesome
I also saw your show at the Poole Park Festival this summer-great outdoors live gig
I have seen many tribute bands at this venue and you are by far the best
Are you sure that it was not Bono up there with you ?-amazing voice recreation and the sound you guys make on each song is perfect
In Fact your version of I will Follow is better than the original!!!!!!!!!!!
See you again soon at Kyps in April
Regards
Steve Lewis
